Controls the Milking Process InteIScan Plus controls the milking, from the moment the operator applies the cluster until the end of the milking process and the milking cluster removal.
Milking Point Management with IntelScan Plus InteIScan Plus is so much more than an ACR or Milk Meter. The system manages each milking point. Pulsation, vacuum and automatic cluster remover are controlled by specialized software that carefully and accurately monitors the milking progress of each individual animal. Pulsation is automatically altered depending on the milk flow from the animal. This feature increases milking speed by unlocking the true milking potential of the cow. Each cow is given individual attention and the system adjusts to her preferred milking style

Modular Design

Simple Programming The system parameters are programmed quickly and easily using a standard Palm Pilot TM. The Palm communicates with each unit using the integral infrared transmitted/receiver. |

IntelScan Plus Display Box The Display Box is an integrated control unit. Inside the unit there is an electronic PCB, consisting of a microprocessor and software that controls the milking process. The Display box has a 4 digit display, The Select Key can be used to initiate the system and control individual modes. The enclosure is waterproof to IP65

Powerful Takeoff Cylinder The new take off cylinder features a powerful large bore. Compact, lightweight and made from durable plastics. The piston is made from self lubricating materials with a clever pulley system and innovative gasket design.

IntelScan Plus Sensor System The sensor belongs to the Free-Flow milk flow measuring devices. It measures the milk flow using Near Infrared (NIR) beams. The sensor is completely sealed and has no moving parts. The milk flows freely through the inner sensor tube. The infrared transmitters and receivers calculate the milk volume and flow rate.

Easy Initiation The simple and reliable vacuum-operated pushbutton is used to control the system. Single key presses allow different modes of control to be accessed.
- The push button is mounted on the dropper assembly in a herringbone installation.

Milfos SYSTEmax 2000
|
The Systemax 2000 sets new standards in milking efficiency and performance. The innovative milkline design improves milking and productivity through a lower more stable vacuum. Milfos have developed a simple transition system from milking to washing cycle. One easy single valve operation, using the patented by-pass redirects flow from the milkline to the receiving vessel.
More even milking obtainable through differential front and rear pulsation ratios (optional).
